Completing and Remembering 2015

Dear Friends,

As we are nearing the end of 2015, I would like to encourage you to think through and write down your answers to the questions below for completing and remember 2015. This very insightful process that I do yearly, celebrates and reminds me of what went well and what needed completion.

After that you can continue to create 2016. 2016 is a blank canvas and you have the ability to design and color it the way you want it, starting now! Go for it and may you have an amazing year ahead!

Completing and Remembering 2015

What was your biggest triumph in 2015?
What was the smartest decision you made in 2015?
What one word best sum up and describe your 2015 experience?
What was the greatest lesson you learned in 2015?
What was the most loving service you performed in 2015?
What is your biggest piece of unfinished business in 2015?
What are you most happy about completing in 2015?
Who were the three people that had the greatest impact on your life in 2015?
What was the biggest risk you took in 2015?
What was the biggest surprise in 2015?
What important relationship improved the most in 2015?
What compliment would you liked to have received in 2015?
What compliment would you liked to have given in 2015?
What else do you need to do or say to be complete with 2015?

Creating 2016

What would you like to be your biggest triumph in 2016?
What advice would you like to give yourself in 2016?
What is the major effort you are planning to improve your financial results in 2016?
What would you be most happy about completing in 2016?
What major indulgence are you willing to experience in 2016?
What would you most like to change about yourself in 2016?
What are you looking forward to learning in 2016?
What do you think your biggest risk will be in 2016?
What about your work, are you most committed to changing and improving in 2016?
What is one as yet undeveloped talent you are willing to explore in 2016?
What brings you the most joy and how are you going to do or have more of that in 2016?
Who or what, other than yourself, are you most committed to loving and serving in 2016?
What one word would you like to have as your theme in 2016?

Create extraordinary moments

Create extraordinary moments

I’m leaving to London right now with over 40 investors to visit the hotel properties we have invested! I’ll be away for a week to tour in Birmingham and London. This shall be a fruitful trip for our investors and for myself.  Shall update the photos when back.

Here is a little tip for those who want to lead an extraordinary life.  You can choose to create extraordinary moments By capturing ‘snapshots’ of happy moments in your mind.  (Rather similar to using a real camera.)

So when you ask me to “recall some magic moments”, I have really many to recount. It does take a conscious effort to practise capturing extraordinary moments intentionally, as we can get caught up with daily challenges, stress and even issues that are beyond out control. Instead of letting issues cloud and occupy your mind space, this strategy can work to create a more harmonious way to life.

In summary, to create a fulfilling life, we can consciously create HAPPY SNAPSHOTS and feel GRATEFUL for a mix of beautiful, fun, exciting and enlightening moments.

Capturing such moments in your hearts and recounting them will make your life feel SUPER AMAZING!  And you will attract more of what you capture in your mind and in your heart.

Have an awesome day![

I thought I no longer need to set goals!

I thought I no longer need to set goals!

Goal-so-big-And I thought I do not need to set goals anymore.

Goal setting is such a basic concept for anyone who wants to achieve success in life, right?  I have set many goals in my life before and they do work because I take massive and continuous action towards creating my ideal life.

In the past 15 years of running my business, speaking and training tens of thousands of people, I thought I already have all and more than I ever dreamt of.  I have taught many people about goals setting, visualisations, ways to take action and ways to celebrate their every little success.  Never did I think only now do I understand in its totality.

In the past, I wanted to run a business that can value add to people in the area of financial intelligence, business, investments, self development etc.

I wanted to become a multimillionaire.

I wanted to own 100 properties.

I wanted to get married  and start a family.

Now I have them all by working with my team.  But why was there something missing? It is not that I am ungrateful.

In fact, I do the gratitude exercise everyday. I believe that’s why I have so much love and blessings along the way.

The fact is that I felt I that I have almost everything and nothing is missing.

However, something in my heart is still missing the adrenalin and excitement which I used to have previously.  What is this about?

I was in comfort zone.

In the Anthony Robbins Total Success program, I have discovered that success include ‘Science of Achievement’ and ‘Art of Fulfilment’.

Acheivement may not be Fulfilment. Some famous people are so successful and yet they feel depressed.

I realised that recently I do not have bigger goals that I can get EXCITED and OBSESSED with everyday! I lack OBSESSION!

I remembered how obsessed I was in the past.  People perceived me as diligent, proactive and massive action taker.  In the past my goals were my obsession!

NOW I need GOALS that scare the hell out me and get my adrenalin pumping when I think of it.

So here it is.  My goals now is to be international best selling author of books and be able to touch lives in mega ways.  Some of my role models are Louise Hay, Oprah Winfrey, Anthony Robbins, John Stamoulos, Dr Brian Weiss, Deepak Chopra, Wayne Dyer, Ekhart Tolle and  many, many,  more mentors,  gurus and friends.  The commonality is that they inspire lives that touches the core of the beings.

If you realised, most of these role models I mentioned are based in the West.  How about those from from Asia which made it internationally? Can I fill the shoe of being one of the most inspiring person  who can touch lives  from Asia region and reaching into international arena?  That’s a BLOODY SCARY thought!  All my ‘yada yada’ tells me it is impossible and many excuses came into my mind.

But Anthony Robbins says ‘IF YOU THINK YOU CAN’T, YOU MUST’, in his throaty voice.

So, let’s get off our butts and accomplish what we think we can’t.

Pls do write to me at if you would like to share your personal thoughts with me and those of you who need some private advice about how to improve your life, just email me your questions and I’ll do my best to reply for FREE!

Thanks Tony Robbins for kicking butts. You are not just awesome but phenomenal at kicking butts. We love you!

Thanks Richard Tan, Veronica Tan and Michael Burnette from Success Resources, the organiser of such life transforming events!

A Tribute To Mr Lee Kuan Yew

A Tribute To Mr Lee Kuan Yew

I am deeply saddened with the passing on of one of the world’s greatest leader, our founding father, Mr Lee Kuan Yew. He had dedicated his life fighting for Singapore, strategizing for Singapore and grooming Singapore to becoming a first world nation that is respected and modelled after by many.

It is, by no means, an easy feat developing a country from a third world to a first world nation status within such a short period of time. In the face of adversity and opposition, he stood for what he believed in and yet kept an open mind to all other possibilities. His vision, his leadership in roping in dedicated team of talents and ability to form international alliances for the purpose of building and protecting Singapore is truly remarkable.

Lee Kuan Yew

Much has been already been said about his greatness with the outpouring of tribute from all around the world. I just want to express my deepest gratitude to our founding father.

“THANK YOU so much, Mr Lee Kuan Yew for your dedication and commitment. I am proud to be a Singaporean. May your legacy continue to inspire us and move us towards into the future as a united and prosperous nation.”

With love and respect,
Wendy Kwek

8 Adriatico – Another Project Completed!

8 Adriatico – Another Project Completed!

Dear investors, Hope you all are doing well!  We are happy to have another successfully completed project.

Here are some photos to share of the 8 Adriatico project that is located next to one of the largest Robinson mall in Manila.  My units are 1 bedroom units on high floor. This project is for long term rental as the demand for rental is pretty good.

The developer, Eton Properties, has a leasing team and is able to help overseas buyers manage the lease and it is up to investors whether they want to lease out as unfurnished or furnished units.  This project should be able to fetch 8%-10% gross yield currently depending on purchase price, payment term and whether the units are furnished or not.  The commission charged by Philippine agents and developer’s leasing team is one month of rental per year of lease.  There is  another half month as fees for helping investors administer the banking in of cheques and sending remittance slips to investors.

So congrats to all investors for long term passive income!

Congratulations to all Centuria Medical Centre investors and buyers!

Congratulations to all Centuria Medical Centre investors and buyers!

Hi, We are pleased to announce the completion of the Centuria Medical Centre in Makati, Philippines, whereby the building is almost 50% owned by Singapore investors. Here is a quick summary on my inspection trip to turnover the units.

Other than individual units that some investors have chosen to buy, we have also jointly also bought one whole floor of the project for purpose of leasing to big companies or to sell to one corporate buyer.  I had spent one whole day in the building inspecting each of the units we bought.

The reason for this purchase is clear.  This is Freehold project, located in CBD, which is a Rare Medical Centre that offers Good Value For Money.  It ticks all the boxes.

The indicative gross capital gains should be around 60%-100% depending on purchase price, payment terms and unit facing.  Our purchase price was only around S$300+psf.

Those who bought with spot cash will experience higher gains of almost 100%.  Our investors call this project a Gem.  Rare and valuable.

Century City

The above photo shows the entire Century City of which Centuria Medical is part of it.  Most of the other projects are residential units.

I am happy with the inspection visit in January as the project is off good style and quality.  Here are some photos to share.

We are now in process of finalizing a long term lease for whole platinum floor with 10% increment in rental per year.  Once Rental Agreement done, investors will get  a copy.

I have found another FREEHOLD, COMMERCIAL SPACE, WITHIN CBD at a good value coming up soon.  We have secured bulk discounts that the public will not get  as I have pre-booked one whole floor again! PRP grads, please keep a look out for our email and SMS soon.

FYI: For my personally owned units in this project, I have received offers from Pharmaceutical companies but I have humbly rejected as I do not wish to kill the golden goose that will feed my family for many years to come.

Cheers to a great success and more!
